Changing the world, one life at a time

Every person is of immeasurable value.
Every story is  unique.
We walk alongside South Africa's youth-at-risk, helping them chart new trajectories through mentoring and software development training.

We value:

The orphan

South Africa has many orphans and an extremely high fatherlessness rate, resulting in large numbers of youth-at-risk. We have a particular desire to support young people from these backgrounds, to help change their stories.

Collaboration

Stronger together. We have experienced firsthand how we can collectively serve better through mutual partnerships with other organisations working on overlapping missions.

Long-term impact

Focussing on quick-wins is often to the detriment of long-term improvement and gains.

Shared Learnings

We are extremely grateful for the handful of organisations who took the time to answer our many questions and give us some pointers when we started out on our Foundation journey, and trust we can help point some others in the right direction.

Our Initiatives

Jumpstart Programme

The Jumpstart programme equips young minds with coding skills essential for navigating technology-driven careers. It provides participants with access to top-notch bootcamps, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

"What is Software Development?" - info sessions for children's homes and mentoring groups

These sessions are aimed at igniting some interest among those who might flourish in software development, and giving them some resources to start exploring the career even long before they finish matric.

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.  Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
